BJR Restructures Ahead of Toyota Campaign (2026)

In a surprising turn, Heimgartner's long-time engineer, Tony Woodward, has departed BJR after over a decade, taking his expertise to the Blanchard Racing Team. His role on the #14 car will be filled by Jason Bonney, who has been promoted from data engineer. Additionally, Randall Chua has been promoted to race engineer for Macauley Jones' car, switching places with Paul Scalzo.

Scalzo maintains his position as the head engineer for all three cars, while Julian Stannard, formerly in charge of the SCT car, steps into a performance engineer role. These internal promotions are a testament to BJR's commitment to nurturing talent.
